The high school is a focal point of Hillcrest. The buildings are located at the top of the hill, the furthest back of all. HIS offers courses in Mathematics, Sciences, Social Studies, and Languages Arts, as well as Art, Drama, Spanish and French, Humanities, and Bible. There are pondoks, thatch-covered shelters, located around the buildings for studying, visiting, and dining. 

At present, the high school is anticipating the finishing and opening of a brand, new Science building.
