The secondary principal is the academic leader for the middle school (grades 6-8) and high school (grades 9-12) program. They work with the director/head of school to support the the teaching staff (10-12 teachers) in providing a quality educational program to the 75-120 students in grades 6-12. They also assist the director in working on the school improvement plan to insure that accreditation is not jeopardized. The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) based in California. There is potential that this position could lead to assuming the director position in the future if there is interest in this.

A Masters of Education is required for this position. There is subsidized fully furnished housing available on campus.
